Here at Brite Spark we believe that everyone has talents to contribute to their organisation in a profound way. For varying reasons clarity, alignment and passion are often diminished, which impacts upon outcomes and the bottom line.

We at Brite Spark love measurability. We love driving change and reigniting the spark in individuals and organisations. We know that when performance is measured, performance improves. And when performance is measured and reported, the rate of performance accelerates.

Here at Brite Spark we run live workshops that align individual competencies and strengths with organisational needs and then deliver specific training in that area. This then drives organisational outcomes that can be measured.

Our workshops help organisations to:

  1. Identify core role competencies, then
  2. Match those alongside individual passions and strengths, and
  3. Align them with organisation objectives

From this organisations clearly see;

  • Who is driving the organisation forward
  • Who needs training on what specifically
  • Who is in the wrong seat, AND where they may be better suited

Then we give training that is specific and gets measurable results for your organisation.
